As SOC Analyst your job is to Investigate suspicious activity in our customers’ environments and provide appropriate responses to contain any cybersecurity threats. Your work here plays a crucial part in protecting our customers from cyber-attacks. You will also use custom reporting tools to provide security recommendations for our customers. This role, while remote, is based in the New Zealand.

This is a remote role with a critical leadership function in our Security Operations Centre (SOC). You will guide a team of SOC Analysts, handle escalated cases, and ensure high-quality incident response and customer service. As a SOC Team Lead, you will lead and mentor a team of SOC Analysts, providing technical guidance and professional development feedback and manage escalated cases.
