Community Manager

BoxCast is seeking a Community Manager to be the voice of RemoteMix within audio and streaming communities. This role involves engaging in online communities, building relationships with users, and acting as a bridge between customers and internal teams. The Community Manager will coordinate virtual events, monitor forums, develop partnership programs, engage with customers on review websites, and track community health and growth. The position requires 3+ years of experience in community management, customer engagement, or advocacy. The ideal candidate will have expertise with platforms like Reddit, Facebook, and Discord, familiarity with pro audio and live streaming, and strong communication skills. Experience in the music industry and familiarity with HubSpot, JIRA, and Confluence are a plus.
