Job Description

Responsibilities:

Sourcing UGC (User-Generated Content) and getting usage permission from owners.

Pitching daily weather-related content ideas for social media posts.

Monitoring all Social Networks for testimonials, questions, comments, and user-generated content.

Qualifications:

Pursuing a 4-year Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Marketing or a related field.

Demonstrated knowledge and experience using Facebook, Twitter, and other social media platforms.

Must be able to develop an understanding of basic scientific and meteorological concepts.

Additional Information:

Internship spans 5 months and requires a commitment of approximately 20 hours per week.

Morning and daytime availability is preferred, though some evening hours may be accommodated.

Opportunity to gain hands-on experience in social media management and digital content creation.
