Key Responsibilities:
- Lead radar systems engineering activities including requirements development, architecture definition, integration, verification, and operational support.
- Perform trade studies, develop test plans, and support laboratory, field, and operational testing activities.
- Analyze system anomalies and lead root-cause investigations and corrective actions.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related technical discipline and 10+ years of experience in radar systems engineering.
- Demonstrated experience with radar system architecture, integration, testing, and performance analysis.
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Physics, or Applied Mathematics.
- Experience with phased-array radar systems, adaptive beamforming, and space domain awareness missions.
- Active U.S. security clearance.
