Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead radar systems engineering activities including requirements development, architecture definition, integration, verification, and operational support.
  • Perform trade studies, develop test plans, and support laboratory, field, and operational testing activities.
  • Analyze system anomalies and lead root-cause investigations and corrective actions.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related technical discipline and 10+ years of experience in radar systems engineering.
  • Demonstrated experience with radar system architecture, integration, testing, and performance analysis.
  • U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in Engineering, Physics, or Applied Mathematics.
  • Experience with phased-array radar systems, adaptive beamforming, and space domain awareness missions.
  • Active U.S. security clearance.
