Group Financial Controller

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Group Financial Controller to oversee the financial reporting, consolidation, compliance, and control functions across our group of companies. This role is critical in ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining robust internal controls, and supporting strategic financial planning across the organization.Lead the preparation and consolidation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS/GAAP standards. Develop and maintain robust internal controls, policies, and procedures across the group. Lead the group-wide budgeting and forecasting process in collaboration with finance teams from subsidiaries. Manage and develop a high-performing finance team. Oversee financial systems and drive efficiency through automation and process optimization.
