Job Description
About The Role:
- Deliver fully remote, video-based, comprehensive clinical care.
- Comprehensive clinical care encompassing preventive care, sick visits, and chronic condition management.
- Work from the comfort of your home.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Refer patients to specialists or acute care services when clinically indicated
- Support patients immediately post-discharge to improve understanding of treatment plans and reduce hospital readmissions
- Practice continuous self-evaluation to ensure adherence to clinical guidelines and best practices.
What we're looking for:
- Board-Certified in Family or Internal Medicine
- Must have an active CA state medical license, IMLC preferred
- Must be able to work Monday and Friday with flexibility over starting hours
