Internal Communications Manager

Design and drive impactful communication strategies to educate colleagues and support company culture as the Internal Communications Manager. Serve in a key role reporting to the Vice President of Communications, developing, aligning and driving internal communication plans with broader company-wide strategies. Ensure colleagues are well-informed about Henry’s role in healthcare, technological innovations and updates on company efforts. The Internal Communications Manager will work with cross-functional colleagues to drive creative communication methods and serve as a key stakeholder in shaping the culture and voice of Henry Meds. They will be responsible for the daily work of planning and delivering tactical plans. Bring collaboration and cross functional approaches into daily work.
