Senior Director, Social Media & Content Marketing

Hims & Hers is seeking a Senior Director, Social Media & Content Marketing to join our Brand Marketing Team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the strategy, growth, and impact of our organic social media, YouTube, and podcast efforts for the Hims and Hers brands. Lead a team of social media strategists and community builders. Develop and shepherd the success of a comprehensive social media & content marketing strategy aligned with brand, marketing, and business objectives. Serve as the senior thought leader on social media and content marketing trends, platform innovations, growth, and measurement best practices. Leverage analytics and insights to optimize campaigns and inform strategic decisions.
