Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide timely, high quality clinical recommendations grounded in evidence based practice.
- Effectively communicate assessment findings and provide advice to the in-centre team.
- Provide input into resident care plans in collaboration with the in-centre team.
Requirements:
- Be a New Zealand Registered Nurse with a current Annual Practicing Certificate.
- Have a minimum of three years’ experience in settings relevant to older people and aged residential care.
- Be available to work on a rostered and rotating shift pattern, including mornings, afternoons and weekends.
