Job Description
This role involves defining and leading the digital commerce roadmap and strategy for existing customers. It includes owning offer placement and merchandising strategy, supported by data-driven insights, to shape solutions that meet financial goals through digital experience. The role requires using analytics and performance data to guide optimization, personalization, and agile test-and-learn initiatives. It also requires identifying and recommending new features and experiences to increase engagement and customer loyalty. Additionally, the tasks involve defining, tracking, and analyzing KPIs to measure platform performance against goals, and leading experimentation and innovation efforts to continuously increase customer value.
