Sr. Financial Reporting Analyst

As a Senior Financial Reporting Analyst, you will prepare and support the quarterly and annual SEC filings (10-Q, 10-K, 8-Ks, Proxy Statements), including detailed footnote disclosures and MD&A sections. You will also collaborate with external auditors to support the annual audit and quarterly reviews, including preparing audit deliverables and addressing audit requests. Monitoring, assessing, and documenting the impact of new or revised accounting standards and SEC regulations; draft technical accounting memos and formalize accounting policy determinations as needed is required. You will assist in preparation of internal reporting packages for executive leadership and the Board of Directors, and partner with Legal, Investor Relations, and Accounting to ensure consistency and accuracy in messaging and disclosures. You will participate in the development and maintenance of internal controls related to financial reporting (SOX compliance). Assisting with internal and external audit compliance is required, and you will drive process improvements and automation opportunities to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the reporting process.
