Engineering Manager

As the Engineering Manager, you will play a vital role in nurturing strong teams while contributing to the engineering roadmap. You will support the engineering team that owns the underlying distributed timeseries database powering Chronosphere’s metrics platform. You'll manage projects, set priorities with the product team & technical contributors, and drive execution. You will also drive process changes, hire for your team, and ensure reliability in production. In the first month, build understanding of Chronosphere’s platform and contribute to the product. After a month, take ownership of the roadmap, establish priorities, and drive strategic initiatives.
