- Guide the organization's transition from QDM-based eCQMs to FHIR-based dQMs, including alignment with US Core and QI-Core implementation guides.
- Represent AIR in relevant HL7 workgroups to stay current on evolving FHIR-based quality measurement standards.
- Lead technical team authoring FHIR-based dQMs in MADiE, providing mentorship and troubleshooting logic, terminology, and value set issues.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in health informatics, computer science, public health, nursing, or related field with a minimum of 11 years of relevant experience.
- 7+ years of experience in health care quality measurement with hands-on FHIR-based dQM authoring and CMS eCQM lifecycle knowledge.
- HL7 FHIR Foundation certification or equivalent standards expertise preferred; strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Additional Details:
- This is a part-time, remote position within the United States, with project-based engagements varying in duration and hours.
- AIR offers a Total Rewards program; salary range is $100–$125 per hour based on internal and external equity.
