Job Description
The role involves working in a cross-functional team consisting of analysts, developers, and designers to deliver product features to improve the Kyivstar mobile app. Responsibilities include identifying options for potential solutions and assessing them for technical and business suitability, working closely with the Product Manager, Development team, IT, external stakeholders, and end-users. You will analyze requirements, define use cases, and functional requirements for the software, creating and updating functional & technical descriptions of business processes. You'll also support, configuration, and maintenance of the solution, perform requirements management, backlog management, and oversee test implementation.
