What You'll Do:

• Launch and lead your own ABA practice with full operational support from Finni.
• Deliver and oversee ABA therapy and behavior intervention programs, including supervising Behavior Technicians.
• Collaborate directly with families to develop and implement behavior support strategies.

What We’re Looking For:

• Master’s degree in ABA, Special Education, Psychology, or related field.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• 3+ years of ABA experience with leadership or supervisory background.
