Remote Scheduler/Clinical Assistant – Ophthalmology

About the Opportunity:

• Provides comprehensive remote administrative and clinical support to ophthalmology providers and care teams.
• Responsible for coordinating patient access through appointment scheduling and managing surgical and procedural workflows.
• Supports ophthalmology clinic triage.

What you will do:

• Respond to patient portal messages, voicemails, and inquiries within established service timelines.
• Maintain accurate, complete, and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR).
• Provide general administrative support as needed to promote efficient clinic operations.

What you will need:

• 2 years of relevant clinical experience preferred
• 3 years of experience in sales preferred
• BLS certification required
