Senior Backend Engineer - Health Profile team

About the team and your mission:

• Work on distributed systems by developing core products.
• Design and implement innovative features such as Care Circle and Health Profile.
• Interested in both the business and product context as well as the technical side.

Key Responsibilities:

• Effective collaboration with Product Management to understand and refine requirements.
• Applying software design principles during the implementation phase to ensure high-quality outcomes and highly scalable solutions.
• Managing and maintaining live production software at scale, ensuring its reliability and performance.

Qualifications:

• Leverage modern AI tools in daily engineering workflows to accelerate development, debugging, and documentation.
• Have a solid understanding of Object Oriented Programming principles.
• Experience in Agile methodologies, with a particular focus on Extreme Programming (XP) practices.
