Senior Content Designer

Coderio is looking for a Senior Content Designer whose role will be to design the structure, tone, and language of all key digital contact points of a major media outlet, with the aim of maximizing comprehension, engagement and, fundamentally, conversion to subscribers. You will lead the AI strategy for the website and apps, ensuring that content is accessible and easily discoverable by the user; designing the microcopy and transactional messages (onboarding, errors, paywalls) to reduce friction in user flows and increase confidence; and defining the verbal identity of the media to ensure consistency with the seriousness and credibility of the holding. You'll collaborate with Product Designers on A/B testing of headlines, calls to action (CTAs), and value messages to optimize the conversion rate.
