Manager, Surgical Pathology

Lead the way in advancing surgical pathology at MSK. As Manager of Surgical Pathology, you’ll play a key role in enhancing diagnostic precision and supporting groundbreaking cancer care. Oversee daily operations and supervise technical staff in the Histology, IHC and Cytology laboratories and the morgue, ensuring quality care, regulatory compliance, and adherence to institutional policies and standards. You will hire, train, and evaluate staff, develop budgets, implement cost control measures, and assist in equipment purchasing and maintenance. You will also review documentation and ensure quality standards are met.
