Responsibilities:
- Partner with key customers to understand and help achieve their business, objectives, cybersecurity initiatives, and desired outcomes
- Establish strategies and roadmaps to drive cyber workforce resilience through a programmatic approach
- Engage C-level executives through delivering routine Executive Business Reviews
Program Management:
- Support customers in incorporating Immersive Labs into their cybersecurity programs, leveraging platform metrics.
- Function as an escalation point and primary liaison between sales, product leadership and client accounts
- Assist in delivering Executive Business Reviews to customers, providing executive-level reports and insights
Experience:
- 5+ years work experience in an information security practitioner or consulting role
- Extensive experience in client facing roles - consulted and presented to both C-level execs and technical stakeholders
- Hands-on experience with Windows & Linux operating systems, security tools, public cloud environments, etc
