Role Overview:

  • Lead and manage multiple tax engagements to deliver quality services.
  • Develop vision, strategies, and action plans to service clients and grow the service base.
  • Work as a critical member of the office/region leadership team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and CPA license required; Masters in Taxation preferred.
  • 5+ years’ experience managing engagements, clients, and staff.
  • Expert knowledge of tax compliance, consolidated returns, and partnership returns.

Client and Team Focus:

  • Act as primary client contact for complex tax issues and resolutions.
  • Maintain and nurture outstanding client relationships.
  • Mentor and develop a team of tax professionals.

Compensation and Work Environment:

  • Base salary range $110,000 - $140,000.
  • Remote or New England office options with minimal travel.
