About the Role:
- As a SQL Engineer II, you will design, develop, and optimize data solutions that power client deliverables and internal products.
- You will work directly in Microsoft SQL Server, building scalable and maintainable datasets and processes.
- This role operates with minimal oversight and requires a strong sense of ownership.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and maintain SQL-based data solutions, including complex queries, stored procedures, and ETL pipelines.
- Ensure data accuracy through rigorous validation, reconciliation, and quality checks.
- Partner with Product Delivery, Client Services, Engineering, and Product teams to deliver client value.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server in a production environment.
- Strong proficiency in T-SQL, query optimization, indexing, and execution plan analysis.
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
