Data Engineering Manager

Data is the cornerstone at SonderMind for providing quality mental care that delivers results. SonderMind’s rapid growth led to expanding the data engineering team, and we are now looking for someone to manage that critical team. As a Data Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of data engineers in designing, building, and maintaining scalable and robust real-time data pipelines. You have a strong technical data engineering expertise, you are hands-on, thrive to manage projects and deliver results in a fast moving company. Lead and scale a team of data engineers. Drive the technical evolution of SonderMind’s data platform. Build and develop metrics around pipeline health, alerting, and monitoring systems. Oversee incident management and data governance efforts. Collaborate closely with Data Science, Analytics, DevOps, and Engineering partners. Help shape a roadmap for infrastructure maturity.
