Head of Product Taxes

We’re Legal & General, one of the UK’s leading financial services groups looking for a strategic and collaborative Head of Product Taxes to join our Group Finance team. This is a unique opportunity to lead on all aspects of product tax compliance and governance across our business, ensuring we meet our obligations while supporting innovation and growth. This position involves leading product tax advice, governance and risk management. You will partner with Retail and Institutional teams to support business initiatives, provide technical input on new product launches and legislative changes, and research and analyse tax law to produce clear, actionable insights. You will also manage relationships with HMRC, advisors and industry bodies, oversee compliance with tax risk control frameworks and internal audits and support the development of efficient tax systems and processes.
