Senior Researcher

Role Overview:

• Focus on clarity: well-researched opportunities, idea validation, and clear problem definitions.

What You'll Do:

• Monitor and synthesize trends across AI/ML research, foundation models, agents, and evaluation techniques.
• Build lightweight prototypes and run experiments to turn interesting ideas into evidence.
• Partner with product, prototypers, and engineers to scope ideas and maintain living knowledge bases.

Ideal Background:

• 5+ years of applied research or machine learning research experience.
• Deep familiarity with LLMs, multimodal models, RAG, agent architectures, fine-tuning, and evaluation.
• Clear communication of research findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
