Job Description
Lead and support enrollment managers in achieving individual and team performance goals. Own the full enrollment funnel — from lead distribution through conversion — ensuring every stage is inspected, optimized, and tied to measurable revenue outcomes. Lead a remote, high-volume enrollment organization through system-based accountability (CRM, dashboards, call performance reporting, etc.), ensuring visibility and consistency across distributed teams. Establish and maintain a structured operating cadence, including funnel reviews, coaching practices, and performance tracking across teams. Develop and implement short- and long-term initiatives to increase conversion, reduce cost-to-serve, and enhance the learner experience. Use data to identify performance trends and translate insights into leader-led action plans. Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales Operations, and Student Services to improve lead flow, engagement, and operational efficiency.
