Ruby Labs is hiring a Junior–Middle Data Analyst to join their fast-paced and rapidly growing team. In this role, you will create new reports, improve existing ones, and ensure data accuracy to support informed decision-making. You'll work across a variety of products and clients, helping to build their future data environments and playing a critical role in leveraging data for strategic insights.
You will partner with Product Owners and Data Teams to support data needs and control and monitor marketing and product metrics using Mixpanel and Tableau. You'll also set up and manage tracking systems and ensure accurate attribution across paid channels and platforms. You'll identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to support business insights and collaborate with the Data Team to ensure consistency in reporting and data quality.
