Community Engagement:

-Serve as a public-facing expert for Bolt.new.

-Engage with users in real time on social media.

-Build meaningful relationships with the community.

Technical Support:

-Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

-Provide high-quality support via email and video calls.

-Translate technical concepts into user-friendly explanations.

Content Creation and Collaboration:

-Create and improve self-serve resources like docs and how-tos.

-Surface insights and patterns from the community.

-Collaborate with internal teams to identify emerging issues.
