Data Scientist II

Responsible for the Data Mining and Machine Learning to optimize engagement. Perform Customer Segmentation by applying machine learning algorithms like K-means clustering, Hierarchical clustering, and DBSCAN. Conduct regression and time-series analyses. Implement close loop analytics modeling and generate data-driven recommendations. Conduct in-depth historical data analysis to uncover complex patterns and seasonal trends to develop strategic recommendations for inventory management and optimization strategies. Leverage knowledge gained from advanced data patterns and Machine Learning techniques to help the customer create their marketing strategies. Analyze customer journeys across digital and offline channels to understand complex customer preference patterns and improve campaign performance metrics. Develop targeted recommendations. This is a 100% telecommute role with option to work in Chicago office.
