Originate, evaluate, and lead the execution of control and minority equity investments.
Lead negotiation of definitive purchase agreements, shareholder agreements, and related equity documentation.
Add value to broader firm initiatives and cultivate relationships with intermediaries.

Required Qualifications:

12+ years of experience in private equity, with a focus on leveraged buyouts of lower middle market businesses.
Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical capabilities with excellent communication skills.
Proven ability to take ownership of transactions from sourcing through exit, including portfolio company oversight.
