MD, Origination and Direct Credit Underwriting

Position Description:

• Originate and lead the underwriting and execution of private credit investments.
• Focus on structuring investments to optimize risk-adjusted returns, with an emphasis on downside protection.
• Lead negotiation of definitive credit documentation.

Required Qualifications:

• 12+ years of relevant experience in private credit, direct lending, or cash-flow based lending.
• Demonstrated experience originating and leading the underwriting and execution of leveraged finance transactions.
• Strong quantitative and credit analysis skills.
