Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain high-volume ETL pipelines and ingestion systems.
- Architect reusable data integrations to replace legacy, bucket-based custom reporting.
- Support the migration to a next-generation data platform with strong emphasis on scalability.
Mandatory Skills:
- 5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer with backend/ETL focus and strong experience designing and maintaining large-scale ETL pipelines.
- Advanced SQL (query optimization, analytical queries, debugging).
- Proficiency with AWS services: S3, Lambda, SQS, Fargate, DynamoDB.
Team & Environment:
- New team forming: TPM + Full-Stack Engineer + multiple Senior Data Engineers.
- Work on a massive customer dataset with many custom fields and high ingestion throughput.
- Strong focus on reliability, auditability, and reusable architecture.
