Product Analyst

Partner with the Product team:

• Scope analytical questions alongside PMs, designers, and engineering leads.
• Prioritize against roadmap needs and deliver findings that change what gets built.

Own Mixpanel:

• Run instrumentation strategy, event taxonomy, naming conventions, and tracking specs.
• Debug reporting and decide what is tracked client-side vs. server-side.

Surface customer insights:

• Analyze activation patterns, feature adoption, retention drivers, and friction points.
• Translate complex data into product narratives that PMs can act on.

Build and maintain dashboards:

• Create Hex notebooks for core product KPIs like activation, engagement, and retention.
• Ensure dashboards are intuitive and used regularly by PMs.
