Role Purpose:

  • This role supports pharmaceutical brand, commercial, and analytics teams by connecting healthcare data to media for actionable insights.
  • It requires strong technical analytics skills, statistical thinking, and communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable working with complex data structures including AI and ML applications.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Perform extensive SQL-based data transformations and integrate data from multiple sources.
  • Define, validate, and govern metrics aligned to pharmaceutical business questions like brand performance and patient journeys.
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis, prepare datasets for advanced analytics, and document methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with pharmaceutical commercial or media data such as claims, prescription, or CRM data.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and data preparation for modeling, plus Python or R skills.
  • Understanding of pharma compliance, privacy, and data governance, and experience working remotely.
