QA Specialist (Remote)

We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Specialist to join our team! If you're the type of person that enjoys reconstructing virtual room scans, improving customer outputs, and ensuring data quality, you’ll thrive in this role. As a remote QA Specialist, you’ll edit and review room scans, identify edits, and work closely with teammates to maintain high product accuracy and efficiency, and ensure we deliver accurate, data-rich deliverables to customers around the world. The ideal candidate has a sharp eye for detail and a willingness to perform repetitive testing tasks with consistency and focus each and every day. Key Responsibilities include reviewing and verifying floor plans generated from virtual scans, identifying discrepancies in architectural features, collaborating with customer success teams, maintaining QA tracking documentation, developing and updating QA checklists, performing spot checks, providing feedback on tools and workflows, training new team members and reporting on quality metrics.
