Job Description
The Creative Brand Designer will translate business strategy and brand attributes into a cohesive visual language, developing and managing graphic elements like the logo, color palette, and typography. This role involves partnering with internal stakeholders to produce visual design creative, including icons, animated gifs/videos and illustrations. The designer will work closely with the Global Brand and Marketing team in the US to evolve the Tala visual brand for Mexico, designing and delivering multiple deliverables adhering to brand and style guidelines.
Leveraging data and learnings to inform the creative process, the ideal candidate will generate creative ideas, inspire teammates, and provide constructive feedback. The role requires self-management to meet deadlines, prioritize work, and ensure projects progress effectively.
