This critical leadership role will oversee and optimize all aspects of accounting operations in a complex, rapidly evolving environment. This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of our financial ecosystems, and they want someone excited about solving the company's hardest problems.

This role will focus on ensuring accurate accounting, tax compliance, and financial reporting for our regional entities, in accordance with local GAAPs and US GAAP. The ideal candidate will bring strong regional expertise and a deep understanding of cross-border accounting practices in fintech or high-growth environments.

This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role overseeing global consolidation, U.S. financial reporting, technical accounting, and audit readiness—while managing a distributed team across the U.S., Mexico, and LatAm. You will serve as the operational right hand to the VP Global Controller and act as Tala’s primary point of contact for external audits, technical accounting advisors, and lender due diligence teams.

The Senior Manager, Corp Planning transforms data into insights that drive real business decisions. You will be responsible for financial forecasting and reporting activities, building a sustainable long-term financial model, and preparing monthly financial reviews. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to streamline processes, identify efficiency opportunities, and strengthen reporting and financial controls.
