Responsible for building and scaling Tala’s macroeconomic intelligence and forward-looking portfolio insight capabilities across our global lending markets. Translating macroeconomic trends, market dynamics, and external signals into clear, actionable insights for portfolio strategy and risk planning. Focused on foresight, synthesis, and strategic insight, helping the organization anticipate risk, not just respond to it.
This role encompasses engineering, supporting, and managing Tala's global telephony environment in a highly available and scalable manner. Daily responsibilities include maintaining high quality and availability for all voice systems, supporting architecture tasks. You will collaborate with Operations and Shared Services to strategize and implement a unified communications platform.
The Director of Customer Care & Recoveries (CCR) Strategy & Analytics leads the global function that provides proactive data-driven insights to our in-market CCR teams to ensure we meet or exceed our recovery rate and resolution time targets every single month. This role leads a team of analysts that globally manage dashboards that track our KPIs both in aggregate and at the campaign / advocate level. They own the planning of our agent workforce, performance tracking and identify corrective actions based on that data.
This role involves using cutting-edge test automation tools and technologies to create robust test frameworks and test suites in order to speed up the product delivery process without compromising quality and performance. The SDET will ensure quality control across Tala’s backend services and mobile applications in multiple markets. The role involves developing test automation suites, supporting releases, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
