Customer Engagement Internship Program

As a Customer Engagement Intern, you’ll be assisting the Customer Engagement team with day-to-day operations, helping develop inspirational examples and best practices for Storyly’s Playbook, showcasing creative and high-performing use cases. You will conduct research on existing and potential clients — including industry trends, app usage, and their content on social media — to support Storyly’s strategies and help analyze customer health scores and dashboard activities to gather insights and identify engagement opportunities. Also you will Collaborate with the team to organize and update internal resources, presentations, and materials.
