Key Responsibilities:

Take on most of the squad’s mobile work and contribute to web interfaces.
Participate in identifying and prioritizing problems with the greatest impact.
Evolve development practices and measure results after release.

Your First Six Months:

After one month: get up to speed with React Native and Vue.js, understand traveler use and KPIs.
After three months: be autonomous on squad topics and ship first initiatives with measured results.
After six months: demonstrate impact on at least one squad KPI and propose new initiatives.
