Senior Technical Producer

Own and manage the production and pipeline for the AI Combat Teams, Localization Process, and Analytic Reporting Team across all phases of development. Plan, schedule, and maintain day-to-day tasking for assigned teams, ensuring alignment across disciplines. Facilitate communication between departments and provide consistent, transparent project updates. Forecast and manage resources, scope, and design goals to keep projects on track and within vision. Proactively identify productivity issues and dependency problems when encountered, and propose and implement solutions for resolution. Ability to create and maintain project schedules and milestone documentation, monitoring the progress of department milestones and individual tasks against those schedules.
