Product Business Analyst

Product Business Analyst will author product requirements for a mortgage product or set of products. This role will act as a subject matter expert on customer needs to guide R&D teams to build the right solution for the market. The role will collect and analyze data for potential business expansion. Expected Duties: - Product Business Analysts will define the root causes of business problems with general guidance - Expected to elicit, generate, and refine product requirements for new and existing system functionality - Responsible for documenting requirements in software development lifecycle artifacts - Product Business Analysts will contribute to the preparation and review of test procedures and reports - The role will test out the business processes and recommend relevant improvements - Expected to provide support as a project team member as needed
