Job Description
Design, develop, and implement test automation frameworks to improve testing efficiency and align with organizational goals. Evaluate and recommend the best tools, testing methodologies, and automation strategies to optimize testing processes and support development cycles. Work closely with QA, development, and product teams to ensure automated testing is well-integrated into the software development lifecycle. Lead efforts to expand test automation coverage and promote best practices across all levels of testing, from unit to end-to-end. Conduct code reviews of automation test scripts, analyze test results, and collaborate with developers to continuously improve product quality. Mentor junior QA engineers and testers, promote knowledge sharing, and contribute to team growth and technical excellence. Drive continuous improvement across QA processes.
