Director, Analytics

The Director of Analytics will spearhead the development and execution of organizational analytics strategy, manage relationships with partners and stakeholders, and lead various analytics personnel in a federated capacity. This role will oversee key analytics governance forums, including the Data Management Committee, and drive data literacy initiatives as a cornerstone of our strategy. Essential functions include developing and implementing the data analytics strategy in alignment with organizational goals, leading the design and maintenance of enterprise-wide dashboards and reports, and overseeing data governance initiatives to ensure data integrity and security. This role also involves partnering with IT leadership to ensure appropriate infrastructure and translating complex data into clear narratives for senior leadership.
