Clinical Data Specialist

Your Job:

• We need high-performing, experienced Clinical Data Specialists responsible for abstraction, analysis, investigation, reporting and follow-up for quality indicators/measures.
• This role supports internal and external initiatives to improve patient care, processes of care and outcomes.

Your Job Requirements:

• Associate or Bachelor's degree, science emphasis or commensurate healthcare experience required.
• CPHQ or other quality certification preferred; current Texas RN/LVN license preferred; 3-5 years clinical experience preferred.
