Senior Clinical Data Abstractor - VQI - PT

Role Overview:

• Deliver quality data abstraction solutions to hospital partners across the country.
• Apply clinical expertise to advance patient outcomes and research.

Key Responsibilities:

• Categorize, code, summarize, and interpret patient medical records for registry submission.
• Ensure high accuracy and meet tight deadlines for multiple concurrent tasks.
• Navigate EMR systems and registry tools, troubleshooting technical issues.

Qualifications:

• RN or LPN credential with at least 1 year of direct clinical abstraction experience.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, attention to detail.
• Technical savvy and ability to work independently with ownership of projects.

Compensation & Culture:

• Hourly wage range $26.00 - $33.00 per hour with performance-based increases.
