Overview:
- Work from home as a licensed RN providing telephonic triage and health education.
- Engage with diverse patients using computer-based algorithms and protocols.
Responsibilities:
- Perform nursing assessments and identify patient care needs and risks.
- Process calls per quality guidelines and meet performance metrics.
- Maintain regular attendance and work 4 weekend shifts per month.
Qualifications:
- Current, unrestricted RN license in a compact state; minimum 3 years clinical experience.
- Ability to run multiple computer programs and manage time effectively.
- Bilingual skills a plus; must attend 100% of training.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Hourly rate of $34.00 with differential pay for certain shifts.
