Provide patient-focused care and guidance on the phone or online, including accurately assessing needs and directing to appropriate care.
Communicate with clients and team members verbally and digitally, and document interactions via management software.
Monitor your own performance with dashboard metrics and participate in coaching sessions to improve.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years as a Registered Nurse with recent direct patient care experience in high acuity settings like ICU, ER, telemetry.
Must reside in a compact state with unrestricted multi-state RN license and be bilingual in English and Spanish.
Associate's degree in nursing required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
