Data Integrations Specialist

We are seeking a Data Integrations Specialist to ensure that schools and districts can seamlessly integrate their data with Timely’s scheduling technology. You will own the ingestion, transformation, and export of data between district systems and the Timely data model and product. As well as collaborate with our customer success team, SIS representatives, and district IT staff to design, plan, and execute data integration workflows. You will oversee and ensure the accuracy, security, and scalability of data pipelines, implementing process improvements and automation where possible. Also, you will Develop and maintain best practices, documentation, and institutional knowledge around data integrations. Lead discovery work for integrating with new SISs, building key relationships with customers and potential SIS partners. Finally, you will own the scaling of the data integrations function, melding product, technology, process, and organizational improvements to serve customers more effectively and efficiently.
