Job Description
Huge is looking for a Senior Analyst to join the Data Science and Analytics team in Colombia. As a Senior Analyst, you will analyze data and develop insights around user engagement in order to inform critical product decisions. You’ll partner closely with internal UX and program teams as well as clients to ensure that our teams are measuring success. You will define learning objectives, KPIs, and supporting metrics based on business objectives and design direction. Moreover, you will analyze large integrated datasets to tell a comprehensive story of how users engage with client digital initiatives, identifying pain points and opportunities to improve the experience and meaningfully impact the business. You'll also lead analytics presentations for major clients along with multiple streams of work and collaborate with other Huge capability teams to inform design, content, and user experience development decisions.
