This role involves managing and analyzing costs for data center construction projects, ensuring financial efficiency and accuracy throughout the project lifecycle. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining detailed project budgets, performing comprehensive cost analysis and forecasting, identifying potential financial risks, and preparing detailed cost reports. The role requires collaboration with project teams, procurement, and contract management to ensure cost control and planning advice, identifying opportunities for cost savings, and updating historical cost data.
